Cancellation & No Show Policy
Dear Valued Client
We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous by calling, Emailing or leaving us a message 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel, or if you cannot make it we are happy to reschedule for another day or time.
When you book an appointment at Indulgences, you are very important to us. As we are a Boutique Spa, Cancellations within the time stipulated in our cancellation policy will allow us to allocate this space to someone else without it affecting our ability to operate. Also, please note if you are running late, you may have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.
- Please note that the following cancellation policy is now in operation:
- We Require 24 Hours’ notice for all cancellations.
- If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment and fail to give the 24 hours’ notice, or you don’t show for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment price.
If you have a gift voucher to use, we require you to quote your voucher number when making a booking, which becomes security for your treatment. If the above happens we will use the voucher as payment for the treatment.
Sickness, we would prefer you stay home if you are not feeling well so that we can protect our staff
